- Expert for data collection, management and analysis of food and nutrient intake from nutrition surveys of large population groups
- Assessment of nutritional status by analytical determination of nutrition indicators and biomarkers, focus on vitamins and trace elements
- Relation of biomarkers to food and nutrient intake, validity of food records by assessment of biomarkers
- Development of nutrition databases for individualised nutrition (POSIFoods project)
