BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Seniz Karabiyikli is an Associated Professor Lecturer and researcher in Gaziosmanpaşa University, Department of Food Engineering. She did her Ph.D. in Food Microbiology Section from Food Engineering Department, Ege University, Izmir, Turkey. She published a number of articles. She attended international congresses and workshops. She serves as an Editorial board memeber and reviewer for various journals.
