Dr. Shaddel  Rezvan is a Visting Scholar at Food Science and Technology Department, Rutgers University, USA. He received his Ph.D. from Tabriz University. He is serving as an Editorial board member and reviewer for different international journals.                 



RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Dr. Shaddel  Rezvan’s research  interests include

  • Extraction of anthocyanins from berries
  • New technologies for food processing especially new extraction methods ( sub & supercritical extraction methods)
  • Encapsulation techniques (including Coacervation, emulsification, spray drying)
  • Microencapsulation of functional foods and nutraceuticals
  • Optimization of industrial processes
  • Conversion of process wastes into value-added products
