Journal of Anesthesia and Patient Care

Dr. Nguyen Huu Tu is presently working as Professor in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care at Hanoi Medical University, Vietnam. He is also Vice President in the Hanoi Medical University. He is also a Member of Council of the Primary Trauma Care Foundation (PTC) in London, UK. He is also Chairman to the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care, Hanoi Medical University. He is also a Member in National Committee of Trauma Emergency Guidelines in 2008 and also Member of executive committee of Vietnam Society of Anesthesiologists. He obtained PhD of Medicine in Hanoi Medical University (2000-2003) and became an Associate Professor of Hanoi Medical University in 2007. He is author and co-author of 106 scientific publications published in the local and international journals including Anesthesiology, Anesthesia & Analgesia journals.

His research interest includes trauma anesthesia and resuscitation, regional anesthesia, postoperative pain management, airway complications during anesthesia and pharmacology of neuromuscular relaxants.
