BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Xiaoming Yang is working as a professor in the Department of Radiology at University of Washington School of Medicine, US. He completed his PhD of medicine at Kuopio University. He held several positions during his career. He is a member of many professional societies and he is also serving as reviewer and editorial board member for peer reviewed journals. He received many awards. He has numerous publications.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Xiaoming Yang’s research interests focuses on applying the advances of modern imaging modalities to regenerative medicine, primarily developing new imaging techniques to monitor and guide stem cell-based therapies of life-threatening diseases, such as atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and cancers.
