BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Mehmet Celenk is currently working as a Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ohio University, US. He received his Ph.D. from Stevens Institute of Technology in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1983. He received many awards and grants. He has published 300 articles and is an active reviewer for numerous professional societies, journals/transactions, publishers, and funding agencies.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Mehmet Celenk’s research area includes image/video processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, multi-sensory networking, data fusion, distributed computing, multimedia, medical imaging, and digital systems.
