Dr. Athina Angelopoulou is an Associated Researcher at the Metabolic Engineering and Systems Biology Laboratory, Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences, Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas (FORTH), Greece. Her research interests span the fields of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology, Materials Science, and Surface Functionalization Chemistry. Dr. Angelopoulou’s work focuses on the design and development of advanced drug delivery systems and functional biomaterials aimed at improving therapeutic efficacy and biocompatibility.
