Dr. HuiRu Shih is a professor in Department of Technology at Jackson State University, United States. He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has received funding from NASA, Army, DoE, NSF, DHS, NRC, and ONR Research Areas. Dr. Shih has authored or co-authored many articles in journals, proceedings, and technical reports.
