BIOGRAPHY:
Fatima Machado has a Degree in Physics and a post-graduation in Peace Studies. Has played a leading role in trace evidence analysis at her Lab over the past 17 years, having introduced GSR analysis in Portugal. Also works with fibres and forged coins, among other materials.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Gun Shot Residues, persistence, interpretation and contamination issues.
