Dr. Maythem M Saeed is working as Adjunct Professor in the Department of Radiology, School of Medicine at University of California, US. He completed his Ph.D. in the School of Medicine at University of Freiburg, W Germany. He achieved many awards and honors. He is a member of several professional organizations and is acting as an editorial board member and reviewer for peer reviewed journals. He authored numerous book chapters, articles and abstracts.

Dr. Maythem M Saeed’s researc interests includes Interventional MR imaging, MR-guided high intensity focused ultrasound, MR steerable endovascular catheter design, Cardiac MR Imaging, Cardiac MDCT, Molecular imaging, MR/CT contrast media, Myocardial viability, Gene therapy, Angiogenesis and MR spectroscopy.
