BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Pongsak Rattanachaikunsopon is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Biological Science, Faculty of Science at Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology from Lehigh University, Pennsylvania, USA. He received an Award from the Professor Dr. Tab Nilanidhi Foundation (The Tab Foundation) for the outstanding graduate student in Anatomy and Selected by PHI BETA DELTA Honor Society for International Scholars to be a member of the Society. He has many publications.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Pongsak Rattanachaikunsopon’s research interests include Molecular Biology, Microbiology and Biochemistry. His present research focuses on searching for biological agents such as microorganisms and plants to use as alternatives to control diseases caused by antibiotic resistant bacteria.
