Dr. Maitri Shah is a gynecologist with an academic background. She is presently working as an Associate professor at Government Medical College and M S University of Baroda. She has conducted various research projects and got publications in national and international journals.

She is involved with many Government agencies and NGOs working for capacity building and skill training of paramedical persons.

She is trained in clinical and applied hypnosis and interested in using it for many obstetric conditions as well as infertility and menopause related issues.
