Dr. Ruslan Dovnar, PhD, is an Associate Professor and practicing surgeon at Grodno State Medical University and Grodno Emergency Hospital, Belarus. With expertise in experimental medicine, microbiology, wound treatment, and emergency surgery, he has led major scientific projects, including a Belarusian–Russian research grant. His work focuses on nanoparticles, advanced wound-care materials, and experimental surgical techniques. Dr. Dovnar has published widely and remains active in clinical practice, teaching, and research.
