Dr. Raghavendra M. Shetty is a competent academician and clinician who graduated from A.B. Shetty Dental College, Mangalore, India and did his Masters in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry from PMNM Dental College, Bagalkot, India. He was conferred with Ph.D. by Nitte University. He was awarded a gold medal for his highest score in Masters in 2004 and was also awarded the ‘Young Pedodontist Researcher’ by the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD) in 2010.

He has co-authored 4 textbooks and has around 40 National and International publications on his label. He was the past Joint Secretary and Executive member of ISPPD. He was the Organizing Chairman of 37th Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive dentistry National conference at Raipur in the year 2015 which was widely appreciated throughout the Pedodontist fraternity.

He has about 13 years of teaching experience for undergraduate and postgraduate level, along with immense clinical experience in all areas of Pediatric Dentistry. He has conducted pre-conference courses and delivered a lot of guest lectures and presentations at national and international conferences. He has got three patent registered under his name. He is serving as a reviewer and editorial board member in some of the international journals.
