BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Adriana Estokova is a Head of Department of Material Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Institute of Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Kosice Slovakia. Prior to that, he worked as a professor and associate professor Environmental Engineering, Technical University of Košice. He authored 8 university textbooks and 3 monographs in the field of environmental engineering. Author of 2 chapters in the foreigner monographs, lead editor and guest of books and journal´s special issues, author and co-author of more than 300 scientific publications including 66 publications in Web of Science and 80 publications in Scopus databases.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Adriana Estokova's research interests are in Environmental properties of building materials (durability, radioactivity, leachability) Biodeterioration of building materials, Indoor air quality and Particulate matter, Environmental assessment of building materials (primary energy, global warming potential), LCA of building materials.
