BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Xiaohong Kong is currently working as Vice Dean and as a professor at Nankai University. She worked as an associate professor at College of Life Sciences (2002-5). She completed her PhD at Department of Endocrinology, Tianjin Medical University . She received many honors and awards in her career and published various articles in international journals.
RESEARCH INTERESTS:
Dr. Xiaohong Kong research is mainly focused on the role of HIV replicative fitness in mother to child transmission, HIV early event –entry, BIV fusion, Lentiviral vector mediated gene delivery for the therapy of spinal cord injury, HIVi inhibit and HIV replication.
