Dr. Baha’ Noureddin graduated as a Medical Doctor from the American University of Beirut in 1984. This was followed by a 2 years Residency Training in Internal Medicine. He then went into Ophthalmology Residency for 3 years, then completed 2 years Fellowship Training in Glaucoma at Moorfields Eye Hospital and the Institute of Ophthalmology, London, England. Dr. Noureddin is currently Professor and Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at the American University of Beirut. His scholarly activity includes 50 publications in refereed international journals, and he is a Reviewer for several renowned journals. Dr. Noureddin has been and still is a frequently invited speaker to regional, and international academic meetings.
Dr. Baha’ Noureddin topics of interest are Medical Treatment in Glaucoma, Perimetry and Psychophysical Testing, New Trabeculoplasty Devices, Laser Cyclodestruction, and Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer/Retinal Ganglion Cell Thickness Measurements.
